The elca young adults in global mission program invites elca young adults ages 21-29 into a transformative, year-long journey in international service. As they offer themselves in service, elca young adults are shaped by the witness of our global neighbors.

We are a church that is a catalyst, convener and bridge builder. Thats why every year the elca provides young adults the opportunity to grow in their faith and accompany our global neighbors through our young adults in global mission (yagm) program.

The young adults in global mission (yagm) program of the evangelical lutheran church in america (elca) invites young adults to embark on a life-changing journey.

Global missions at columbus road starts at our doors and extends around the globe. In addition to supporting local and stateside missions, we strategically partner with missionaries all over the world.

Global missions every year our church family contributes over 20 of its gross offerings to support over 30 missionaries, their families, and specific projects.

Young adults to participate in global missions by way of a global missions training center focused on education and training. For the african-american church to become engaged in global missions there are a myriad of obstacles to overcome namely, the lack of global missions education and training within the african-american church community.
